Are EMBER gift boxes NZ-made?
Yes. Every EMBER box is built in Aotearoa New Zealand. We work with NZ-based makers wherever possible — pounamu carvers, kawakawa harvesters, ceramicists, bath alchemists, terrarium planters. Each story card names exactly where each item came from and who made it.
How does NZ delivery work?
Standard NZ delivery is 2–4 business days nationwide, dispatched across New Zealand. Free shipping on orders over $180. Same-day Auckland and rural overnight delivery are available at checkout. International shipping is available — quote at checkout.
Can I add a personal message to a gift?
Yes. Every order includes a free hand-written message on EMBER's A6 uncoated cotton story card. Add your message at checkout. We don't print the recipient's name on the outside of the box — gifts arrive looking like gifts.
