Delivery details
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to your email. If you haven't received it, email hello@embergifts.co.nz and we'll resend it.
All EMBER parcels are sent signature required. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to arrange redelivery. If you prefer authority to leave, select this at checkout and note a safe location.
Available in all major cities and some towns. You can check if an address is eligible at nzcouriers.co.nz. Select Saturday delivery at checkout.
No overnight or Saturday delivery for rural addresses. Once tracking shows "Delivered", allow an additional 24–48 hours for the rural driver. Check rural status at nzcouriers.co.nz.
Couriers deliver to reception or a designated area. To avoid delays when sending to a hospital, include the hospital name, ward number and room number in the shipping address.
We dispatch promptly but cannot take responsibility for delays caused by location, weather, incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Courier timeframes are indicative only.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure a physical street address is provided at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or properties without courier access. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
